Based in Clonsilla, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, and established 1988, the Studio has worked across the public, private, commercial,industrial and subsidised sectors – including the provision of training facilities, leisure centres, sports stadiums, motor dealerships, housing and apartment developments,residential extensions, buildings for special needs clients, hotels, office developments, art galleries, shops, factories and building conservation/protected structures.
We specialise in Protected Structures and building accessibility solutions.Our studio is primarily influenced by the specific chemistry of individual places, work and living situations. What we have in common is an approach rather then a stylistic signature. Key to any work is an understanding of the nature of a site or facility and the needs of the building’s users, a process which yields sustainable, original and unconventional solutions. Charles Hulgraine is a Graduate of DIT School of Architecture Dublin and NCAD College of Art + Design Dublin.
